Appointment made for afternoon of the day we called.
Andy was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant, informative, expert.
Resolved the issue for a fraction of the cost of replacement.
And we gained valuable knowledge which may help our family in the future.
9 year old 'fridge, started "growling", was ice buildup on the condenser fan.  No parts needed.

Our tech was amazing.  He was prompt and expedient with scheduling,  on time (on 2 separate days),  and was able to get our parts for the dryer in 2 days. I provided the parts and still $220 to fix dishwasher ($300 total) that didn't work.  No guarantee of workmanship.  A new dishwasher ran $350.  Asked for a credit for my washer repair that was outstanding and they gave me $20..... Off another $400.  No estimates given beforehand just random invoices. This is a great company!  I had a very loud noise coming from my refrigerator.  They came out the same day and fixed it until we could get the correct part.
